Investing in Teacher Development in Ghana

MELC is a leader of primary education in Ghana. One of those reasons is because we invest in our teachers. One of the many ways we do this is through Planning and Development where we offer innovative sessions on GOOGLE, technology, teaching practice, and more. These engaging sessions are offered weekly and bring joy and learning to all of our staff. On one of our development days, teachers in their study of GOOGLE computing systems created virtual classrooms. Our goal at MELC is to make learning fun, so that students are motivated to be life long learners. Our staff voted for our winning classroom, and Madam Mercy and Madam Emma's Science Virtual Classroom was victorious. This was their first ever virtual classroom that they have created.
